The English Language Training College
(ELTC) is specialized in teaching
English as a Second Language (ESL).
Founded in 1992, ELTC is located
in western Canada, in the city of Edmonton.
Edmonton, the capital city of the
province of Alberta, is a safe and clean city with many
attractions, facilities, and the
lowest living cost among metropolitan cities in North America.
ELTC instructors are highly educated
and very skilled in their individual fields.
All are University educated and
have ESL training and experience.
ELTC campus, a five story building,
is very centrally located in the heart of downtown Edmonton.
All of our students have an access
to Internet, free of charge.
ELTC also offers the TOEIC exam
and the ITP TOEFL exam on monthly basis.

Letters of Acceptance are issued
only to full-time students.
Full-time students are students
who register for the
ESL Intensive Course, or the ESL
Super Intensive Course.
Accommodations
are very reasonable in our city!
Shared
houses: (single room, share kitchen and bathroom) $350 ~ $400/month
Homestay:
(single room, 3 meals a day) $550 ~ $600/month
Apartment:
1 or 2 bedrooms (no furniture) Downtown area $500 ~ $700/month
ELTC
provides airport pickup by Limousine for $107.
Medical
insurance is available through ELTC for $1.45 per day.
